There is no charge for registration or viewing accommodation.
If you, or any member of the group with whom you are sharing accommodation, accepts the tenancy of a property from a landlord who was introduced to you by Flatline then each of you individually, and as a group, agree to pay a fee to Flatline on acceptance.
The fee applies if the property you accept is different from the one that Flatline arranged for you to view provided it is from the same landlord that you were introduced to by Flatline.
If a viewing appointment has has been made through Flatline the fee will apply even if a member of the group arranges to view the same property through another source. The first appointment made by Flatline is deemed to be the introduction.
You undertake to verify the contents and facilities of any accommodation offered to you. Our intention is to give a fair description of properties but we can not be held responsible for any inaccuracy.
The joint fee is 30% of the first month's full rent on that property plus V.A.T. ( 35.25% in total)
