There is no charge for registration or viewing accommodation.
If you accept a tenancy from a landlord who was introduced to you by Flatline you agree to pay a fee to Flatline on acceptance. This fee applies even if the property you accept is different from the one that Flatline arranged for you to view provided it is from the same landlord that you were introduced to by Flatline.
You undertake to verify the contents and facilities of any accommodation offered to you. Our intention is to give a fair description of properties but Flatline can not be held responsible for any inaccuracy.
Any Bank Reference required by the landlord is at your expense.
The fee is 30% of the first full month's rent on that property plus V.A.T. (35.25% in total)
