details of setting up a tenancy on your behalf but do not require services thereafter please

The Part Management service is appropriate for
landlords who wish to manage the maintenance of their property themselves but who do not wish
to be involved in rent collection. The service includes the introduction of tenants.
The Full Management service is for landlords who wish
us to take over the total responsibility for letting and managing their property.
